I wanted to stop gang violence in teens. I was thinking asking Pop Warner to have financial aid so more boys can join and stay out of troble on weekends and after school. Is this going to work?
My idea to solve the problem is to have oil farms. An organization that can help me is an oil company. Maybe oil farmers can help me too.

Åmbé®, that is a great idea but did you know that clubs can have gangs? They lack security and 10 people die a year in those clubs such as that.
Oh and my problem is- Oil prices are too high

They are already sending home troops.
I think that you can slowly solve some gang violence by finding some illegal stores that sell the illegal weapons. I believe that this will help because with less weapons on the street then the crime rate would slowly go down. Also i think that if more kids went to after school programs and clubs they would kind of stray away from gangs.

My solution is for kids to know internet safety and the people that can help me are people who made chatting websites because the can make drastic changes to the website like an idea i have is to let people that are friends only talk to kids because at any time you are on a chatting website people can talk to you you without your permission of course you can choose not to talk to them but what if your curious that one person can be a pedophile.

The issue I have chosen is Racism and stereotypes affecting career opportunities and salaries. That has grown into a real problem in the workplace. Plenty of different race people are not being hired for their most desired dream job because their skin is black, white, red, orange, blue, green, or purple and a Problem like this is not being noticed.
The solution I think will help this issue be solved is to talk to Reverend Al Sharpton to set up an event like the Jena Six Event/march to help free the Jena Six. A man like him will persuade many people to stop racism. If this event happens there will be TV crews and news casters from all over America and companies that are a part of this issue their reputations will be tainted.
my problem is heat. there are many homes without heat.

i think that people need to build up courage and try to get a job to try to help themselves. Also there needs to be more shelters that help homeless people get affordable housing
